Frank Rizzo is Co-Founder of Stone Capital Investors and has more than 20 years experience in real estate as a broker, owner and a syndicator. For the past 12 years Frank has been active in the MHP space and during that time he has acquired and re-positioned over 20 communities. Starting his entrepreneurial journey in high school, Frank obtained his real estate license at 19 and went on to earn his Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses by 23. He later opened his real estate brokerage, Corner stone Realty at 28. Today we’ll dive deep into the business of mobile home parks, one of which I’ve been personally active in for nearly two decades through my company Sunrise Capital Investors.
