Real Estate Commissions after New Rules

It's been about 3 months since new rules were established nationally for all real estate agents and transactions. One of the objectives was to ensure that all home sellers knew that they were not obligated to pay a buyer agent's compensation and that buyers were responsible to ensure their real estate agents received compensation.
