🙏🏼💗Lindsey hops on with us to chat about her development of coping skills over time as she became a mother (twice), a busy woman, an author, and more.  She also highlights her time as a social worker working with very high risk patients.  What led her to compile a list of 99 coping skills and turn it into a book is an amazing story!!!

✨She speaks to many high profile athletes and wonderful people from many walks of life who she interviewed about coping skills.  What I LOVE about her, is she is right here alongside us learning how to find the right coping skills for the right moments as well. As she says, a walk won't always cut it.  It might be breath work, it might be something else - I think a big takeaway from this episode is learning how to have compassion with yourself as you find your set of tools, add them to your toolbox for future use.  Each time we practice our response to stress / anxiety / emotional overwhelm, we get stronger in our responses and our coping skills become more automatic overtime.
