The Bayview Police continue to be clueless, Mikhail Powers throws us a curveball, Charlie here tries to go on the run for some reason, and an arrest is made in Simon's murder.

As always, Vanessa, Jake, and Cooper's dad continue to waste space, and I really need someone to tell me what's happening with Janae.
