Reach for Change Podcast invites prominent social entrepreneurs and philanthropic leaders from around the world to share their personal stories and their insights on how to solve some of the most pressing social issues of our time. From tackling educational challenges in Ghana to reducing inequalities in Sweden - we put the spotlight on social innovations, cross-sector collaborations and the personal side of fighting for social change.
