Many coaches struggle with the idea of sales. In this mini episode, I dive into the process of sales, exploring how to shift your mindset and approach to selling without feeling icky or pushy. Whether you prefer sending proposals, listing prices on your website, or having a personal conversation with potential clients, it's about finding what aligns with your process and your way of working.


I also share a method I’ve seen work well for many coaches—the "Costco method" of selling. Think of it like offering a sample of your coaching: give potential clients a taste of what working with you is like, and let them experience your process. By framing sales as part of the coaching experience, you’ll begin to see that sales and coaching are really the same thing. You're helping clients see the value of what you offer. If you have the solution to their problem, it’s your job to make them aware of it.
