With Scott "Jedi" Jedlinski and AJ Zito back in town we had to sit down with another former guest, Fabio Spinella to chop it up. Hosted by Jedi, in this episode we discuss how we chase performance goals, challenges, and competitive classifications. Talk a little about what motivation and why you should shut your trap when watching someone chasing glory. 

A fantastic conversation with some amazing instructors and human beings this episode is a goldmine for considering how to think about measuring your performance, seeking adversity in your training and why its important to always seek the "why."
