Do you feel like there is a part of you that's missing? Maybe you don't feel whole or fully alive compared to your friends or someone you see on Instagram. Those people are able to articulate exactly what they are feeling and who they are and they have this confidence about them. Have you ever been envious of that confidence? That confidence stems from awareness and that is what today's episode is all about. Awareness, specifically self-awareness, allows you to show up confidently because you know yourself deeply and understand yourself. Yes, you are always growing and improving, but it's important to understand your baseline patterns, your habits, and your current beliefs. That way, you are able to dictate change and growth based on who you ultimately want to become. I believe so many of us walk around without truly knowing who we are because we haven't done the necessary reflection and work on ourselves. I want to show you how to do that practically, much like a physical training plan would be given to you.
