The Weight Of Carrying That Persona- Lee Skovsgaard- Ep.30

On this episode of Mind Sweep Matt and Dan hand the floor over to Lee. Lee comes on and talks about struggling from a young age that includes the thought of suicide and hospital trips. He talks about the weight of carrying a fake persona in order to impress others, and how that can be crippling to your mental health. He then touches on the problems with self-medicating, and what he found works better as tools for helping. 
Lee also discusses his passion project, Elis Originals-  a clothing brand that donates 15% of all orders to the Waterloo suicide prevention council.
