The Day I Lost My Brother- Co-host Matt Ravida's story

Co-host Matthew Ravida Speaks about the day he suddenly lost his brother and how it changed his life forever. After that dark day, Matt slipped into a dark depression where he wanted to take his own life. after spending some time in the hospital and working through the therapy systesms matt started developing drive and purpose for living. 

Today Matt uses his story as a driver to help others. He is currently a representative for Kids Help Phone, as well as many other mental health initiatives.
