Exploring the Culture of Parenthood: Ambition, Education, and Communication

Questioning traditional beliefs and sparking curiosity, this episode dives into the culture of parenting. We ponder on the concept of ambition and how it needs a fresh perspective in the context of caregiving, but is this just scratching the surface? With my educator lens, I challenge us to dig deeper to identify the root issues. We take a hard look at our education system, questioning if it is setting our children up for career burnout and dissatisfaction.

Also exploring  our blind spots as parents— those things we miss either unconsciously or deliberately. Using real-life examples, we unravel how these blind spots can shape our parenting and communication with our children. Don't worry though— blind spots can also be wonderful opportunities for learning, growth, and building a better connection with our kids and ourselves!
