Today I get to interview Emma about her journey with running. She talks about why she started and why she continues to do what she loves. She talked about her personal struggles with returning to running postpartum and her hopes of her baby also joining her and her partner as a runner! I left the interview planning to start training for longer races. And she has never DNF'd a race- talk about mental toughness!
