In todays episode I interview Emilee who is a new mom, preschool special education teacher and ultra marathoner. She talked about how her health journey led her to running, the amazing community she found and some truly awesome sounding race and runs she's gone on. She also shares some advice on how to motivate kids and make sure you get to know each runner individually. And reminds us as parents to take it easy on ourselves!
