Leading by Example with Alyx Luck!

In this episode I get to talk with Alyx all the way across the globe in Hawaii. She is a personal trainer, running coach, ultra marathoner, mom and overall super cool person. We talk about her intro into running and then early exit from running. She talks about her career in body building and then finding running again. She talks about leading by example and how that applies to her life as a parent and her coaching business.
