If you are, and most of us do at some time, you are not actively listening and therefore will most likely misunderstand what is being said. We encourage you to listen to understand, rather than listen to respond.

Our task for you this week is to make a difference to one person every day. By doing this, and others emulating the same goal, the effect will be multiplied and thereby affecting tens of millions in a positive way.

Our aim is to help individuals and organizations to raise their bars and be on a journey of continuous improvement. Therefore it is important that you know your own values and align yourself with a company that shares those and has a culture that you can get behind.
