An interview with Leadership expert Al Ruttan

You have the power to unleash your potential and if your employer isn't investing time and money in your development it is your responsibility to take this on for yourself. In these troubled times it is even more important to prepare yourself to take advantage of the opportunities that will undoubtedly appear. If you wait until they appear it will be too late and you may miss out. Spend your time on intentional actions now that will reap rewards later. Create a keystone habit of dedicating learning time within your daily routine. Share this time with your children, spouse, family members, and colleagues. I guarantee that this investment will return dividends that are far above your current expectations.
