As requested, this week we will be diving deeper into breathwork. In this episode I guide you through 2 beginner breathwork practices to clear your energy body and expand your awareness. Using Hara Breathing and Ujjayi, you can create a state of wellness and calm during any point of your day. The last breathing practice Holotropic Breathing should be explored with an experienced Breathing Coach, as this is a more advanced breathing practice that may cause light headedness and uncontrolled body reactions. Nonetheless, these breathing practices can be mood enhancing and help shift your mindset should you find yourself overwhelmed, confused, unfocused or upset.
