Otis Vicens, NP4G grew up in Puerto Rico with an appreciation for radio, a love of learning, and a career in orthodontics. In January, 2023 Otis will be one of the crew members headed for Bouvet Island as part of the 3Y0J dxpedition. Otis was recently interviewed by Eric Guth, 4Z1UG for his weekly QSO Today podcast. This is our first of two excerpts from that interview.
