E10 - A world where you feel more empowered, begins by showing others what empowerment really is

I felt called to share this episode after many experiences over the last year of political and personal challenge. I hope this episode inspires you to anchor into your empowered self, to empower others in the way that you wish to be empowered and become the version of yourself that you want to see in the world. 

Some of the highlights include;

- I ask some important questions to myself and to you; are you dis-empowering others to empower yourself? Is your response to feeling dis-empowered mirroring and replicating the very think that you desire to change? Does our response as a human collective often reinforce the very thing that we are seeking to change?

- Holding compassion for those who are seeking to dis-empower others, by showing them what it is to empower others.
