Welcome to another episode of Escaping Babylon. We are walking through the end times prophecies and eschatology in order to discover what God wants us to know about this important time and how to be prepared. Today we ask… Can the Bible be trusted as a reliable source for prophecy? We’re going to dive into one of the most fascinating chapters of the Bible. It’s Daniel chapter 11 and over the course of 35 verses, more than 135 prophecies are fulfilled. Many of these were written 200-300 years before they happened. The chapter is so specific, that many critics have insisted that it couldn't possibly be prophetic and must have been written after the fact. This podcast is part one of a three podcast series covering this amazing chapter. Jesus would later reference this chapter in Matthew 24, and we will be introduced to a man who would be a prototype of a future evil ruler that will arise and desecrate the temple.
