This week we will be doing a meditation known as "trataka", or "gazing meditation", which involves fixing your gaze on an object for a certain period of time. Benefits of trataka include: reduced stress and anxiety, improved concentration, increased mindfulness, and getting better sleep. Some even say that it can improve eye health.
