Theme 2 victory and meditation

Sura 110 is titled victory and some translate it as Gods help. This sura has three words that will help you in your daily lives ( praise glorify forgive ). Praising and glorifying Allah. ( give thanks to God and to everything in your life and everyone) have a gratitude journal. ( it becomes an internal habit and a way of thinking) Asking forgiveness, repeat istagfir Allah for every wrong doing you have done and truly believe these bad deeds have gone for He acceptance repentance.
