Clare M. Lopez, is a former CIA operations officer and worked for the Central Intelligence Agency for two decades developing deep experience in the Middle East as well as former Soviet and eastern Bloc nations. Her time in the CIA enabled her to obtain extensive expertise in counterintelligence, counter narcotics and counterproliferation issues. Following her time at the CIA Clare Lopez worked with Frank Gaffney's Center for Security Policy as VP for Research & Analysis in the counter-jihad movement and has provided technical threat assessments for US Embassies for the US Dept of State.

Clare Lopez is currently an online contributor at Newsmax as well as on-air contributor with One America News, Al-Shams Iraqi TV & Sky News Abu Dhabi and a team member of The United West where she writes about current events and threats to US Security. Clare is Founder/President of Lopez Liberty LLC, w/a mission to alert Americans to national security threats, both international & from the Islamic Movement/Muslim Brotherhood & their Marxist collaborators in this country which is often called the RED GREEN AXIS of agitation . Clare is also senior advisory board member & Director of U.S. Geostrategic Security Issues for Near East Center for Strategic Engagement. From 2014-2020, Lopez served as VP for Research & Analysis at the Center for Security Policy. Clare has been a Visiting Researcher & guest lecturer on counterterrorism, national defense & international relations at Georgetown University.  She was named a 2011 Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute and is the co-author of two published books on Iran, author of multiple book chapters plus numerous articles on China & its civilian-military fusion Biological Weapons program. She is the author of The Rise of the Iran Lobby. She co-authored Gulen & the Gulenist Movement with Christopher Holton, See No Shariah: ‘Countering Violent Extremism & the Disarming of America’s First Line of Defense with Frank Gaffney and other writings.
