Who is Vik Shivdasani?



  • Vik is an emotional freedom coach, inspirational speaker, best-selling author, and transformational event facilitator.



  • He was paralyzed from the waist down after falling from a third-floor balcony at age 22 in 2006.



  • After initially struggling with acceptance of his disability, Vik found transformation through meeting someone who encouraged him to focus on living fully in the present.



  • He has since become a coach and helps others heal from challenges through techniques like meditation, breathwork, journaling, and energy work.  



  • Vik is the creator of The Ultimate Sedona Retreat, focusing on practices like breathwork and meditation alongside activities like yoga, hiking, and stargazing.
