1. Scott - "There Are Some Ups & Downs To Our Story..."

Here's the recipe for today's steak:

-4-5 years at BYU (Brigham Young University, the Lord's most favored school)

-2 mission companions (Mormon men typically serve 2 year missions to spread the gospel. Each young man has at least one companion with them at all times).

-A pinch of Transfers (Missionaries move around a certain area during their mission. Scott served in multiple areas of Germany. Each transfer lasts 6 weeks.)

-1 tbs of SVU (Southern Virginia University. Basically BYU- Virginia, and the Lord’s fifth favored school.)

-idk man probs some salt & pepper

Coat the steak thoroughly with ingredients. Grill to desired pinkness in middle. Pair with a free Cafe Rio meal.
