Sidney and I catch up and we talk about how his first race of the season went briefly while he enjoys the weather outside. Sidney still is having some issues with his sockets but the volume is still ramping up. Last month he got a package in the mail and he talks about how this package has changed his training in ways that he didn’t know was possible. We also mention how he has been really having fun with his kids, family, and still maintaining some solid training together. #happywifehappylife
