240 - Follow Along - Dell Finney

I conclude the February edition of the follow along series with my good friend from Michigan, Dell Finney. Dell recently got sick and had to battle this and had some other real life things impact his training. We talk openly about how his training has evolved over the past month and what’s in store for the next month. It was good to touch base and also see how motivated Dell is for the months ahead.
