231 - Follow Along - Sam Long Pro

I continue the Follow Along Series with my good friend Sam Long. Sam placed second at last year’s IRONMAN© Louisville which left him hungry for more. But first, he took a mental break that included time with the wonderful girlfriend which included Skiing. Sam has a new coach, Ryan Boltman, which is good for him and he says why.
