It can be relationships, business, physical health, etc. and does one area seem to go better and come easier, or is there an area that seems to be more of a struggle?
How much are we forcing, pushing, and trying to make something happen without realizing we've become attached to the outcome that we want?
I realized something huge during a conversation with a friend, which was what would happen if we look at the areas of our life that are going well and seem to come easier, and figure out WHY!
What are we doing that's different, who are we being, how can we apply that to the areas we are struggling with?
It's detaching from the outcome, being unattached, and applying that energy to the areas that feel like they aren't working.
