Melissa explains her definition of alignment and signs to look for that you may be out of alignment without realizing it.

  • How do you know if you have it? Are you in are you out of alignment? What does it even mean to be purely aligned? 
  • I struggled with mindset and had severe anxiety and had to work through the what is wrong with me default 
  • Even though I understood alignment it took me a few years to really experience things at an uncomfortable deep level to see there were pieces of alignment that are not being taught
  • My intention for today is you walk away having a clear understanding of what may feel that is not working, what is frustrating to you, where are you saying you’re going to do something and not taking action, to give you clarity of what is going on
  • Alignment is when your conscious and subconscious actually line up when your thoughts and behavior are in agreement
  • What people tend to think is laziness or a lack of something, it’s something in your unconscious that is actually preventing you from taking action, something is out of alignment, that is the foundation of what I’m teaching
  • If you feel guilt or shame because you are not doing enough and know you can be doing more, that may actually be a sign from your unconscious mind that you are following someone else's methods and rules of what it's supposed to look like instead of following what you want it to look like 
  • This journey is learning to become more authentically you
  • There are 4 pieces to alignment
  • The Alignment vortex of self discovery - a tool you can use in all areas of your life. Life is not linear and not someday when I fix and get better, and become the next version of myself, then I’ll be happy and feel good and feel fulfilled 
  • Its adjustments made in your life daily where you are repeating lessons and doing things over and over again but every single time you are repeating a pattern its actually getting you closer to pure alignment 
  • Its reflecting and making small adjustments everyday not a someday get there, it will help you make adjustments daily and experience alignment no matter what
  • Step 1 is vision, what do you actually want, it’s self reflection and remembering who you are, be clear on what you want to create
  • Step 2 is disrupting the patterns, an alignment audit, where is the gap, what is missing, where are things not aligned the way that you want them to be 
  • Step 3 is energy and intention, what is the energy and intention behind it, is it wanting to fit in and be good enough or doing it because it genuinely makes me happy no matter what
  • Step 4 is inspired action, taking inspired action
  • It can be the smallest things that make the biggest difference and something that everyone gets to experience if they are willing to do whatever it takes to make those adjustments
  • I’m here to awaken you to the realization you’ve been unconsciously chasing things your entire life and guide you to pure alignment
