- When you are in pure alignment, you don’t need force or accountability because you are inspired to take action, that’s where the magic happens
- If you are doing that and not seeing results go back to the other steps and see where things might be out of alignment and where you are following someone else’s rules
- It’s constant practice and use these tools daily, it's an ongoing process
- Where are you using “should” “supposed to” or feel guilty or bad or feel shame because you didn’t do something or thought you should do something
- What if you reframe it, pick an area in life that you do feel a little guilty that things aren't as easy as you would like it to be, what is it about that that you are resisting?
- Is it the way you are doing it or the reason you are doing it and what would you rather do it instead?
- What is the bigger intention and purpose behind why you are doing it
- Break down why you may not be doing the things you want
- Gym example, can I feel healthy and fit without going to the gym. Yes
- This is about finding what lights you up, the essence of what you want to do
- Where can you identify the area where you are feeling inconsistent and what would you do instead?
- When you do things that nobody has to convince you, that’s what you love and is true to you
- Its the essence of who you are
- Step 4 is evaluate where you are still doing things out of obligation instead of doing what you want and choose something that aligns with you
- Its about making daily adjustments
