The question for today was about vulnerability, and how do you show up as all of you without fear of being rejected?

I've personally been learning this at a deep level and I believe this is a part of the inner work journey and remembering who you are, coming back home to yourself, and owning your power.

It's also important to identify what the real fear or hesitation is and what's going on beneath the surface.

What are you afraid of by showing up as all of you?

What are you hiding?

Is it something personal that actually doesn't need to be shared?

What if owning who you are is actually helping the right people find you and you can use it as a filter?

We go deep on this episode into the journey of becoming more authentically ourselves, and it's time we own all of us and use that as a light to help others find us!

I'm committed to no longer holding back, and it's empowering and liberating to free yourself of this fear and it's time to OWN IT!
