BTS...How a Reframe of 'Redirect Instead of Restrict' Led to a Huge Breakthrough | Ep. 65

Today's episode is taking you behind the scenes of a HUGE breakthrough I recently had that has changed everything for me!

This is a personal experience I wanted to share with you because entrepreneurship can be isolating and lonely at times, and it can be extremely frustrating when it feels like things aren't working.

And if you're like me, I would blame myself. It must be my fault, I'm doing something wrong, and what do I need to do to fix it?

My default was to buy more programs, hire more coaches, and spend A LOT of money to try and fix myself.

And I was stuck in a loop and getting triggered over and over again and I couldn't figure out why.

I would say, "If my business was making money, then this wouldn't be an issue".

Which led to more pressure, more guilt, and more shame and feeling like I was failing.

Until my coaching call with my 1:1 coach led to a breakthrough I didn't even know I needed.

She challenged me to stop buying things for 3 months, which I quickly realized wasn't going to happen because I might be borderline addicted....(it's a problem, I see it now!)

And then we realized, what if I spent this money on HIRING SUPPORT instead of trying to fix myself?!

We can only fix things, do the inner work, and clean things up to a certain degree, and at some point, it's time to look forward and make sure we are clear on where we are going.

And my vision was so big, it wasn't clear what I was needing now in this moment.

Sometimes it's a simple reframe that can change everything, and for me it was why not redirect, instead of restrict and I'm putting my CEO hat back on and seeing exactly why things weren't working, and what actually  needs to happen to move forward!
