I’m talking to the person that has tried everything, is on the constant search for the right food and or exercise program to finally get the results they want
This person has had brief success with minimal (and substantial) weight loss and gain, but for whatever reason the success does not last and the dream body is continually just out of reach.
This could look like the last five pounds, hip dips or 100 pounds. It is the realization that no matter what you do or how many different ways you do it, it’s not going to happen for you.
