Public Health and Preventative Medicine (PHPM) is the branch of medicine concerned with the health of populations, rather than focusing on individual people as patients. In this episode (part 2 of 2) of the Public Health Insight Podcast, Dr. Yipeng Ge, a PHPM resident, talks about why he decided to pursue this specialty amongst the many others.
