In this episode Garth and Eric interview Brooke Whisenhunt from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.  With a live studio audience, we begin by talking about introductory psychology textbook details and what it's like to work together as a pair on a textbook.  In fact, this textbook dynamic duo work so well together that they just finished their new textbook on psychological disorders. They share the process of how they write together, which is fascinating.  Brooke graciously shares some of the details about her life growing up. Some of the sources of her (positive) competitiveness and drive become clear, and the complexity of family dynamics emerges.
