In this episode Eric interviewed Mark Ware from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Retiring in 2008, Mark served Creighton for 40 years. As a new faculty member, he shares his struggle to balance being a husband, starting a family, and starting a career. At Creighton, he was present for the pivot from teaching-focus to more emphasis on undergraduate research. The conversation includes his contributions to the Journal of Psychological Inquiry, Skinner boxes and rats, and research about advising.
