Rejection can be a difficult emotion to manage. People can not only have a fear of being rejected, but also of doing the rejection. If you have a fear of ending connections with others, you may engage in behaviours incongruent with your values, such as ghosting someone or not being fully honest. You may also limit yourself in dating, such as avoid going on dates.
