In this episode, we chat with Bryce Ridgeway, Inspector of Mines - Mental Health and Wellbeing at the Western Australian Department of Mines Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS). Bryce takes us through the three recently published Codes of Practice relating to psychological health and safety. He summarises each of the Codes, explains the drivers behind their development, the decision to publish three rather than one, and why certain focus areas were chosen.
