Elmer Moore Jr. is the Executive Director of Scale Up Milwaukee, an economic development initiative which harnesses the power of growing business to create economic prosperity in the City of Milwaukee, WI. Elmer is multi-hyphenate; he's a husband, entrepreneur, consultant, friend, mentor, storyteller, teacher, learner, speaker, and listener.
