Welcome back to Project 20! π Week 8 is complete, and it was a rest week with a time trial to cap it off. Coach Carl had me pace myself differently this time, aiming for a more controlled pace instead of my usual all-out approach. πββοΈ
With Carl, Brenton, and Lisa pacing me, we hit around 20:37. Itβs great progress, but I know thereβs hard work ahead to shave off those remaining seconds over the next 12 weeks. πͺ
