Tyler Kime is the General Manager of Standard Heating and Air Conditioning located in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2017 Tyler was named to the prestigious “40 Under 40” group. Standard has been in business for more than 75 years, is well-established and very successful. How do you keep traditions and continue to grow while transitioning to the next generation?
