Libryo is a sustainability compliance platform that strives to ensure that everyone knows what to do for a just and sustainable world. They’re accomplishing this through their platform that helps users navigate their compliance and improve their ESG performance.
Garth holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Geographical Science and Ecology and is passionate about helping organizations manage their environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) concerns in order to reduce risk, increase returns, and create value. Before co-founding Libryo, Garth was a partner at Gunstons, a South African law firm, where he led and managed the corporate department and gained experience in business strategy, legal compliance, and corporate governance.
Their company has built a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers and legal engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, user interface specialists, customer specialists, and professional service partnerships who are all-in on assisting clients that are starting and or transitioning to more sustainable and impactful companies.
They also have recently been acquired by ERM, the world's largest pure-play sustainability consultancy.
