Ne-Lo is a Management Consultancy that specializes in company purpose and customer and employee engagement strategy. They're known for supporting their clients to be the place people love to buy from and work for.

Ross is also a researcher and research supervisor in the fields of Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, specializing in areas such as optimal individual and team performance, motivation, and meaning all of which have a purpose at their core. To nourish his passion for sport, he works with the VFL club, Frankston Dolphins, as a performance psychology consultant.
