In the tenth episode of the Probably Honest podcast Marc and Dan open up the exploration of addiction films as a discussion topic. Starting off with the 2006 feature film 'Half Nelson' directed by Ryan Fleck and starring Ryan Gosling, Shareeka Epps and Anthony Mackie. Marc and Dan compare their first viewing of the film when in the height of their own addictions compared to their recent rewatching together, now in sobriety. Reflecting on the films themes and depiction of addiction, all while questioning how the film stands as a representation of what addiction is like.
