Dave Boller Has Scouting Eye for Players that "Love the Game!"

Former NFL Scout, Power 5 College Director of Personnel and most recent GM in the AAF (San Diego), Dave Boller shares with Pro Mindset host Craig Domann his perspective on NFL vs College, scouting vs recruiting, evaluation of NFL prospects, his take on the Raiders and the Antonio Brown saga, his respect for Pat Tillman, and the great connections he has with several blue chip football coaches. Dave has made stopovers on his NFL journey in Tampa Bay, Philly, Detroit, and NY Jets and his college tour included stops at Arizona State, Louisville and Syracuse.

Dave is a strong believer in finding players with athleticism, excellent character and love of the game. He believes finding players that love the game is the hardest thing to measure. He also is an advocate of a smaller draft board to minimize the misses and increase the batting average in your draft class. He loves the relationships with college players, including recruiting, evaluating, and developing them during their college careers.
