We chatted to Professor Malcolm Evans on how we can prevent torture in South Africa. He works for the United Nations as the Chair of the UN Subcommittee for the Prevention of Torture, he helped write South Africa's guidelines on torture prevention and he works on protecting the rights of people worldwide who have been put in detention.
