King Aswapathy awakens in the colorless purity of his own soul. All once perceived and lived was far away. He had risen out of the sphere of Mind and he saw the undivided splendor of the Spirit in its complete unity of all things. This canto describes the overmind consciousness and Sri Aurobindo writes that the king scanned the secrets of the overmind. King Aswapathy’s finite parts approached their absolutes, his actions framed the movements of the Gods, his will took up the reigns of cosmic Force.
