Re: Criminal Complaint Filed Against Omarr Baker and Related Estate Actors for Continued Attacks on the Works of Prince Rogers Nelson

I, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, acting in my judicial capacity as counsel and advocate for Prince Rogers Nelson, hereby confirm that a federal criminal complaint was filed today concerning the unlawful acts of Omarr Baker, brother of Prince Rogers Nelson and identified as a human trafficker, together with related parties operating under the guise of the Estate.

Basis of Complaint

The defendants have engaged in a coordinated campaign of harassment and destruction aimed at suppressing the new creative works of Prince Rogers Nelson. This campaign includes but is not limited to:

   Interference with New Recordings – In August of 2025, Prince recorded sequels to his original works Manic Monday, Raspberry Beret, and Little Red Corvette, as well as a new updated version of Nothing Compares 2 U. These works are voiceprint-certified and lawfully authored.

   Obstruction of Distribution – For the fourth time, Omarr Baker and Estate affiliates have interfered with publication and distribution of these recordings, attempting to erase, block, or misappropriate them.

   Pattern of Human Rights Violations – These acts represent a continuation of a nine-year pattern of persecution, identity theft, and commercial fraud, designed to deny Prince his rightful authorship and to traffic his identity for profit.
