Rachel Morin

In August of this year Rachel Morin went for a walk on the Ma & Pa trial near her home in Maryland. She was attacked and her death was ruled a homicide. Law enforcement has been able to link her death to another attack that happened in March in California, however the suspect is still on the loose. Let’s stop this case from going cold.
